LJ is an Executive Coach and Human-first-approach Consultant, specializing in Workplace Culture, Mindfulness and Interpersonal Communications Performance. She is also the Creator of the Mindfulness In Music Conference in partnership with MONDO.NYC (2019, 2020). In addition, LJ continues to speak on behalf of and for Women in Music Industry across the U.S.. She is the Founding Mentor and six-time guest speaker for Women in Music Industry at the Scripps School of Communication, Media Arts and Studies at Ohio University WIMI student group. As the Head of Product at Blockparty, she leads the development of solutions to provide individual collectors, creators and established brands the ability to easily create, own and experience NFTs on their own terms. She has been working at the intersection of blockchain and IoT since 2016, and architecting technological solutions for companies and cultural institutions since 2014. Her work has been featured in The New Yorker, Forbes, and PBS Newshour. Her artwork is collected and commissioned across the US, she has completed a photography residency at Red Hook Labs, and exhibited at multiple venues in Brooklyn, including The Canvas by Querencia Studio.
