Laurissa Phillips - GM and Chief Creative Officer for Rare Country.
Laurissa Phillips is responsible for content, creative and strategic oversight of RareCountry.com, a subsidiary of Cox Media Group. Previously, she has served as Senior Director of Talent at CMT, and as an independent consultant for such clients as ABC News, Coca-Cola, Al Roker Entertainment, MTV and more. She was a key member of the development and production teams on such music based series as the CMT Music Awards and CMT Crossroads, along with various ABC specials with Robin Roberts. A native of Wisconsin, Phillips lives in Nashville with her family and her dog Stanley, and is currently addicted to online shoe shopping.
